Registration Requirements

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• Each person may open only one account.
• All information provided at registration must be true, accurate, and complete.
• You must open an account in your own name and for your own use.
• Opening an account for or on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.

Account Security

• You are solely responsible for keeping your login details confidential.
• You must not allow anyone else to use your account.
• Any unauthorised access to your account must be reported to aca77 Support immediately.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• Always log out after using your account on a public device.

Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount at aca77 is ৳500 (five hundred taka). This limit applies to all payment methods.

• Upay
• Bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major banks)

Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka).

• Withdrawal processing time: 10–45 minutes (typical).
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same account used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirements have been met.

Wagering Requirements

A 10x (ten times) wagering requirement applies to the bonus received. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit plus bonus.

Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = you must place a total of ৳15,000 in bets before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

Bonus Abuse Policy

• Each user may use each bonus offer once.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the account may be closed.
• aca77 reserves the right to change or cancel bonus terms at any time.
• Bonuses received through affiliates or referrals may be subject to separate terms.

Prohibited Activities

• Using any software, bots, or automated tools in games.
• Exploiting technical errors in games.
• Placing coordinated bets using multiple accounts.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Any form of fraud or deceptive activity.

Winnings & Disputes

• If an incorrect amount is displayed due to a technical issue, aca77 reserves the right to determine the correct amount.
• Any dispute regarding a game outcome must be reported to the support team within 24 hours.
• aca77's decision is final and binding.
• Any incorrect payment resulting from a system error will be voided.

Platform Liability

aca77 accepts no liability for:

• A game being interrupted due to loss of internet connection.
• Issues caused by the failure of third-party software or services.
• Unexpected technical errors or server downtime.
• Loss caused by the user's own negligence or mistake.

User Responsibilities

• Compliance with the laws of your own jurisdiction is entirely the user's responsibility.
• Ensuring the security of your account login details.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date personal information.
• Familiarising yourself with the terms of bonuses and promotions.
• Committing to responsible gambling.

Changes to Terms

Language & Interpretation

These Terms are available in both Bengali and English. In the event of any conflict between the two versions, the Bengali version will prevail. On any matter of interpretation of any section, aca77's decision will be final.
